Albert Chang is Corporate Counsel with CIRA, Canada's national ccTLD registry for .ca. He has been with the organization since 2007.[1] [1]. Prior to joining CIRA, Albert practiced intellectual property law with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, and clerked for Madam Justice Tremblay-Lamer at the Federal Court of Canada.
