.basketball is a new gTLD proposal submitted to ICANN by the International Basket Federation (FIBA) in partnership with TLDH and ROAR Domains, LLC. The proposed .basketball gTLD is intended to promote and protect the sport and the interest of its stakeholders including entities and organizations affiliated with basketball, its players and fans worldwide. Minds and Machines will provide the back-end registry services for the .basket gTLD. [1]
