- .CLUB Domains LLC, has been public about their application from the beginning. They filed the application on the first possible day, January, 12, 2012.[1]
- Merchant Law Group LLP, the Canadian law-firm applied for eight new gTLDs.
- Donuts (Koko Manor, LLC), a start-up company co-founded by domain industry veterans applied for 307 domain names strings, each via a different LLC. This applicant submitted a Public Interest Commitment, which can be downloaded here.

Merchant Law Group LLC
According to Evatt Merchant, Managing Partner of Merchant Law Group LLC, the law firm is open to creating strategic alliances with other applicants to operate .club and all the other TLDs the firm has applied for. The company partnered with CentralNic as its back-end registry service provider.[5]
Koko Manor, LLC (Donuts)
Donuts applied for 307 new gTLDs under different company names including Koko Manor, LLC for .club domain name string. The company raised $100 million capital and invested $56 million just for application fees. [6] [7]
