Firmdale’s passion for outstanding service was recognised by winning the Excellence in Customer Service award in the Hotel Excellence Awards 2010.
As a market leader aiming to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction, Firmdale seeks to acquire the best internet address for its expanding businesses by a new TLD .firmdale. The registry will be a “single registrant registry” open only to the Applicant, its affiates*, future undertakings and its subsidiaries. All dot firmdale addresses will be for the benefit of the business and to better serve its customers. There will be no spam, illegal content or viruses with a .firmdale. Firmdale has an Anti-Abuse Policy. Firmdale upholds rights of trademark holders and all names will be subject to URS and UDRP in addition to ICANN consensus policies and rules. On the 27th March 2014, Firmdale Holdings Limited received a Registry Agreement signed by ICANN for .firmdale after passing the Initial Evaluation.[4]
