He received his Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in Foreign Service and Information Warfare from Georgetown University, Washington, DC in 1999. He also attended the University of Paris in 2001 as Erasmus scholar. He studied economics and wars at the University of London, London School & King's College and at the University of Havana, Cuba respectively.
