Prior to founding Global IMP in August 2008, Adhair held various positions at KPMG Consulting/Bearing Point Inc. From 2004 until he left, he served as Managing Director and from 2000 until 2004 he was Senior Manager at the US office in Virginia; from 1998 until 2000 he was a Manager, and from 1996 until 1998 he was a Senior Consultant at the UK office in London. From 1993 until 1995, he served as the Manager of the Investment Bank for Trade and Finance in the UAE, and from 1989 until 1992 he was a Business Analyst at the Barakat Consulting Office, also in the UAE.
