David Liu is the Founder and General Manager of Net-Chinese.[1] He founded the company around 2001.[2]
He has attended multiple ICANN meetings, and he was previously involved with the Registrar Constituency.[3][4]
Mr. Liu is a member of TWNIC, and ISOC's Taipei chapter.[5]
