David Liu is the Founder and General Manager of Net-Chinese.^[1] He founded the company around 2001.^[2]

He has attended more than 6 ICANN Meetings, and he was previously involved with the Registrar Constituency.^[3]^[4]

Mr. Liu is a member of TWNIC, and ISOC's Taipei chapter.^[5]
