Eberhard Blocher is the Director of European Operations (based in Cologne, Germany) of East African Home Pages, consultants for Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.[1] He is also serving as Sales Director at Redvers Consulting Ltd.[2]

His specialties include business development, business consultance and IT and the domain industry.
