Jacques Latour has been Director of Information Technology at CIRA since March 2010. He is responsible for all technical operations, including the .ca DNS infrastructure and the .ca registry management system. He also represents CIRA on the BIND 10 Steering Committee.[1]
Career History
From July 2009 to March 2010, Jacques was the Practice Director of ICT Infrastructure at TRM Technologies Inc. Prior to joining TRM Technologies Inc, he was Delivery Executive at Ajilon Consulting, starting in April 2006 and ending in April 2009. He was Vice President of Research and Development at NUVO Network Management from March 1993 to September 2005, and from 1988 to 1992 he provided Network Support at CAE.[2][3]
Education
Latour received a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technologist diploma Algonquin College and is certified by the ITIL v3 Foundation.[4]
