Olga Kyryliuk is currently the NCUC EC Europe Representative. She is an expert in International Law and Co-founder of the Ukrainian-based NGO Digital Defenders Partners. She is currently working as a Legal Analyst with the Danish Refugee Council. An experienced lawyer, with interests ranging from privacy, freedom of expression, and human rights online to cybersecurity and Internet governance.
