Shernon Osepa is the Manager of Regional Affairs for Latin America and the Caribbean at ISOC.[1] He was previously the Manager of Regional Relations, the Caribbean at ICANN. He joined ICANN in July 2008. [2]
Prior to joining ICANN he was Policy Advisor with the Regulatory Authority in the Netherlands Antilles. As a part of his responsibilities, he acted as a liaison with the regional Caribbean organizations involved in ICT. Previously, he worked for almost nine years with the local telecommunications incumbent UTS/Setel in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.
