Tony Holmes has been the chairman of the Internet Service and Connectivity Providers Constituency at ICANN.[1] He also works as consultant at British Telecom Group PLC, and he is also a Council member of ICANN's Generic Names Supporting Organization.

Tony Holmes replaced Greg Ruth as the 2010 GNSO representative on the ICANN Nominations Committee.[2] He again represented the ISPC Internet Service and Connectivity Providers Constituency on the 2011 NomCom.[3]
