Wolf-Ulrich Knoben is an engineer and has business experience of more than 30 years in the telecommunications sector. He is working as a consultant for DE-CIX[3], the world's largest Internet Exchange. [1]
Mr. Knoben is vice chair of ICANN's ISPCP constituency, and he was elected to represent the ISPCP on the GNSO Council from 2009 through the 2013 annual meeting.
