Adrian Kinderis was formerly the CEO of Bombora Technologies, a group of companies, which notably included AusRegistry Pty Ltd and ARI Registry Services Pty Ltd.[1] He has previously been a member of ICANN's GNSO council. After Neustar acquired Bombora Technologies in 2015, Kinderis took the position of VP of Corporate Development for Neustar from August 2015 to March 2018.
ICANN
He was elected representative by the Registrar Stakeholder Group to the GNSO Council in 2007. His term expired in the end of the annual meeting of 2011.[2] This was an extremely important tenure with regards to the new gTLD program, and Adrian was involved in such important events as writing the document, 'Introduction of New Generic Top-Level Domains Document (11 September 2007)'.[3] His many blog posts and interviews regarding ICANN show him celebrating the organizations achievements, and critically engaging its shortcomings and missteps; he is an incredibly active member of the community and attended his 30th meeting at October 2012 ICANN 45 in Toronto. Mr. Kinderis was invited to make a presentation on new gTLDs at the 2009 ICANN meeting in Sydney.[6]
Other Industry Conferences
Adrian regularly presents addresses at industry conferences on topics such as: Registry Operations, Registry Best Practice, Domain Name Management, Registry-Registrar models and Marketing TLDs.[7] He was a panelist at the first and second .nxt Conference, and a presenter at the 2010 V21 conference,[8][9] and has also attended APTLD events.[10].
Personal Life
Adrian is married to Jennifer, and lives in Melbourne, Australia. His interests include fast cars, and his favorite football club - the North Melbourne Kangaroos.[11] He also enjoys American football, and cheers for the Dallas Cowboys.[12]
