Anne-Rachel Inne is the SVP of Government Affairs at ARIN.
ICANN Involvement
Inne was the Vice President of Global Engagement in Geneva for ICANN from June 2014 to September 2017.[1] Before that, she was the longtime Manager of Regional Relations for Africa at ICANN, playing a major role in promoting Internet and computer-related activities in Africa. Her major responsibilities with ICANN were to reach out to and encourage the participation of African people, businesses, and governments.[2] She was also the COO of AFRINIC.[3]
Education
- Rachel holds a Master's degree in English/Translation from the University of Paris.
 - She has an MBA in International Management from the University of Illinois in 1997.
 
Career History
- Ms. Inne began her career as a translator for the UTA/Air France for the Niger office. Afterward, she became the sales manager.
 - She then worked as the ICT for development practices consultant.
 - She is a board member/member of many organizations working in Africa and internationally.
 - She is one of ICANN's seven regional liaisons.
 - She was a part of ADF III.[4]
 - She represents ICANN at all AfTLD, AfriNIC, and other regional events.[5][6]
 
Awards
On 10 June 2010, Anne Rachel was presented the Network Information Infrastructure Service Award By AfNOG. It was a token of appreciation for her efforts in improving the Internet in Africa.[7]
