Hamburg Top-Level-Domain GmbH (HHTLD) is a German company that has successfully applied to become the registry operator of the geographical TLD .hamburg in ICANN's New gTLD Program. The company was established in 2007 by Oliver Süme , Dirk Krischenowski,and Katrin Ohlmer and Johannes Lenz-Ohlmer Hawliczek, with the objective to provide an online space for the residents, businesses and tourist industry of the city of Hamburg.[1]
Further shareholders of HHTLD include the City of Hamburg. Dirk Krischenowski is managing director of the company.
