Kenneth Blixt is the CEO of the registry operator Global Top Level. Global Top Level ApS was founded in 2009 by Kenneth Blixt, Jørn Elsman and Mogens Nielsen to apply for and operate the new generic Top-Level Domain .NOW. Global Top Level ApS is backed by CAT Science and the billion-dollar Danish investment fund Vækstfonden.

Mr Blixt is an entrepreneur with 15 years experience in the ICT industry. Prior to Global Top Level, Mr Blixt served as Director of Marketing and Communication at Zacco A/S, the largest intellectual property consultant company in Europe and has since 2008 been active in the domain name industry. Mr Blixt holds an Executive MBA degree from Henley Business School, UK and a Diploma degree in Marketing Management (DIHM) from IHM Business School, Sweden.
