The Ministério das Telecomunicações, Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação Social (MINTTICS) (English: Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technology and Social Communication).

MINTTICS is the result of the merging between the Ministério das Telecomunicações e Tecnologias de Informação (MTTI) (English: Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technologies) and Ministério da Comunicação Social (MCS) (English: Ministry of Social Communications) by Presidential Decree No. 166/20 in June 12, 2020.[1]

The Ministry is the ccTLD manager Angola's ccTLD, .ao. IANA's website still has the old name, MTTI.[2]
