Shivam Sharma

Shivam Sharma is an Indian entrepreneur, computer engineer, and researcher. He is the founder and CEO of online media firm Cybergenta,[1] as well as the founder and chair of a not for profit named Youth Cybersecurity Forum.[2]

Early Life and Education

Sharma grew up in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, as the son of a teacher who later started his own business. Sharma completed Class X and Class XII in K.V. Public School, a Central Board of Secondary Education school in Parikshitgarh. He earned his bachelor's degree in Computer science and engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and is an eminent alumnus from that institution. Moving to the United Kingdom, he attained a Master's of Science from University of Warwick in Cybersecurity engineering, where he was awarded by WMG Excellence Scholarship.[3]

His area of research is in cybersecurity and internet governance for which he has received several fellowships, which includes:
