His experience includes time as a Senior Board Member of the Albanian Telecommunication and Postal authority, where he became the first [[ccTLD]] technical administrator and was able to design and implement national IT policies. He has founded and acted as CEO of a private company, such as Albania Wavnet Communication, which involved managing and utilizing American government financing. During 1998-2003 was appointed as Member of the Board of Directors and Director of Radio-Communications and Internet Development Directorate, in Albanian Telecommunications Regulatory Agency.  

Before that has been Head of Information Technology of Albanian Telecom, and earlier before has worked like Support Engineer for Hewlett Packard Hardware and Software in Information Business Company in Tirana (Local HP Distributor). Before transfering to
