Mr. Ndiaye was born and raised in Dakar. Aside from being an Arts-Culture campaigner, he is also an artist.  He started working as a graphic artist at Media Monde in 2002. He founded El Niño Productions, an entertainment company and has the experience of arranging shows at places like Dakar and Sinuila. Mr. Ndiaye was a stage manager at the Black World Festival in 2010.
