The company's founders are active in participating in the different activities and meetings of the [[ICANN|Internet Corporation for Assigned Named and Numbers]]. Katrin Ohlmer, CEO and co-founder of DOTZON regularly shared her ideas and opinions regarding the different issues discussed by the ICANN community. Her comments were shared in the different ICANN forums. In 2009, Ohlmer was among the signatories submitted to  the international internet governing body who expressed support regarding the implementation of new top level domain names ([[TLD]]s).

She actively provided a series comments regarding the Draft Application Guidebook (DAG) for a period of five years.
