From 2008 to 2010, he was the First Deputy to the National Accreditation Agency. He has also served as the Head of the Analytical Department and Co-chef of the Scientific Council by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of Ukraine (2006-2008). He led the Ukrainian NGO Privacy for 6 years.
