Reinhard Scholl is Deputy to the Director of the [[ITU]] Telecommunication Standardization Bureau (i.e., the ITU-T Secretariat) since September 2002. Previously he has been with Siemens in Munich, Germany and with [[ETSI]] (European Telecommunications Standards Institute).
