University of Cyprus is the organization which manages the .cy ccTLD for Cyprus. During the year 2005 and after the establishment of the Office of the Commissioner of Eletronic Communications and Postal Regulations (OCECPR), the Registry was placed under the jurisdiction of OCECPR.
