Barbara Roseman is an Internet Policy and SDO Consultant.

Education

She holds a B.A. degree from Mills College.[1]

Career History

Roseman was the Manager of the Technical Experts Group in 2016 and '17 and a Policy Director and Technical Analyst from 2012 to '15. She was the General Operations Manager of IANA at ICANN from 2005 to 2012.[2][3] Roseman became a member of ISPC and ASO Address Council in 2000, which was the beginning of her affiliation with ICANN. In 2002, she served as the chair of the Address Council. She has also served as a member of the American Registry of Internet Numbers (ARIN) Advisory Council.

In January 2003, she began working with ICANN in consultancy roles, offering assistance to the GNSO Council and Task Forces. She has steadily participated in the RIR community.[4]
