Phil Buckingham is the CEO of Dot Advice Ltd, a Uk-based consulting firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles. The firm provides advisory services to gTLD applicants,[1] and he has held that position since February 2009.[2]
Buckingham was the co-founder and CFO of NetNames in 1995; the company is now the largest domain name registrar in Europe. He has also been involved in the gTLD Financial evaluation process and ICANN's GNSO Vertical Integration Working Group.[1]
He is an industry veteran who has attended over ten ICANN meetings.[3]
