Constituency, as defined by the Merriam Webster Dictionary, is a group of people who support, are served by, or are represented by an organization, business, etc.[1] In the GNSO, constituency is a technical term for a group of Internet users united around a particular common interest or perspective that is formally recognized by the GNSO Council.[2]
