Tomslin Samme-Nlar is a Cybersecurity researcher with a keen interest in the political, military, diplomatic and higher-level management aspects of issues where cybersecurity, strategy and diplomacy interact in Africa. He is also a systems engineer by training, currently works as a Senior Principal Consultant for Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and has had previous roles as a contractor to the Kenyan National Intelligence Service, other government agencies and telcos.
