She has worked in a variety of different program plateaus in the past, most of which consists of management positions such as being the deputy programs director from 2005 to 2007 just before she became more known in her position in education. Before that she worked at a programs department management specialist on Project Harmony, a non-profit educational industry setting the standards for what students can do during their schooling.

She held this position in Armenia just like all the other positions she currently has in her pocket, it is because of this experience that she is able to teach almost all levels of schooling for the Armenian people and she has done so for over five years.

Ms. Martirosyan holds a Red Diploma of Academic Excellence (TEFL as a major area) from Vanadzor State Teacher-Training University, and a Master of Arts in Gender and Culture Program from the Central European University of Budapest, Hungary. She would also earned her master’s degree from the Central European University for Cultural studies enabling her to eventually start her foundation fro Armenian culture in helping to raise money for those children-and adults, in need of an education and who have not received it through the proper means of communication.
