Juan Manuel Rojas is a professional in Journalism and Social Communication, and a M.Sc. Information Technology. He also has experience in the formulation, implementation, and development of E-government Strategies. Currently serve as NPOC Chair.

Internet Governance and ICANN Involvement edit

He is an alumnus of South School of Internet Governance (SSIG) from 2010, made in Brazil and alumni of Diplo Internet Governance Building Program (IGCBP), from Foundation to Research Phases.
