Gonzalo Navarro is the CEO of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Internet (ALAI) and was a member of the ICANN Board of Directors from 2009 to 2015. He was selected by the Nominating Committee for a three-year term, which started on October 30, 2009, during the ICANN Annual Meeting in Seoul, South Korea, ending at the conclusion of the 2012 Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada.
