John Berryhill Ph.d., Esq. is an Intellectual Property Attorney that deals with Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Domain Name Issues.[1][2] Currently, John is a voting member of the ICANN Registrar Constituency, as well as the owner of John Berryhill, LLC, based out of Philadelphia.[3] He has represented many registrants in UDRP hearings, as well defended high-profile clients such as CamRoulette.com and DigiMedia.com.[4][5][6]

He has been described as "one of the best" domaining attorneys in the industry.[7]

Industry Participation

Mr. Berryhill frequently attends ICANN and other related meetings, and has been a part of working groups, task forces, and workshops.[8] He was a panelist in multiple sessions at the .nxt Conferences.[9] He was also a presenter at the 2010 PubCon meeting;[10] and spoke at the 2010 Domainer Mardi Gras.[11] He has attended DOMAINfest.[12]

Education

John holds a Ph.D.in Electrical Engineering from University of Delaware and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law.[13]
