Juan Manuel Rojas is a professional in Journalism and Social Communication, and a M.Sc. Information Technology. He also has experience in the formulation, implementation, and development of E-government Strategies. Currently serve as NPOC Chair.
Internet Governance and ICANN Involvement[edit | edit source]
He is an alumnus of South School of Internet Governance (SSIG) from 2010, made in Brazil and alumni of Diplo Internet Governance Building Program (IGCBP), from Foundation to Research Phases.
He has been involved in ICANN since 2011 when the organization that he leads was approved as an ALS in LACRALO. He was a member of Internet Governance WG for ELAC 2010.
