The total amount was not disclosed though the 8 total auctions that were cumulatively valued at $9.65 million.[2]

On 13 September 2013, Donuts received a Registry Agreement signed by ICANN for .guide after passing the Initial Evaluation.[3]

.guide was delegated to the Root Zone of the DNS on 15 May, 2014, completing the successful application for the string.[1]
