Carlos Reyes is the Director of Strategic Policy Planning at ICANN and is based in the Washington, D.C. engagement office.

Career

Reyes started as Policy Analyst for ICANN in 2012. He provides support to the global, multistakeholder policy development community.[1][2] Reyes works with the ALAC, ASO, GNSO, RSSAC, and SSAC.[1]
