It has spanned venture capital, where he is the co-founder of 4th Level Ventures (2002 to present) - an Irish Venture Capital company whose primary objective is to invest in companies commercialising the business opportunities that arise from university research in Ireland (http://www.4lv.ie). He is also an "Angel" investor, investing in early stage technology companies.

Dr. Dennis Jennings is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Peroptyx. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Knous Ltd, his consulting company. Knous stands for knowledge and common sense.[1]

ICANN History

Dr. Jennings was selected by the NomCom to serve on the ICANN Board from 2007-2010, serving as the board's vice-chair from 2009-2010.[2] During his time with ICANN he also served as Chair of the Board Governance Committee.
