He is also the director of NiRA, the .ng registry, as well as the DNS Administrator contact for Nigeria. He is interested in DNS and DNSSEC, and is a member of Nigeria's CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team).
Rudman is a member of ccNSO, and has worked in a technical capacity with many Nigerian ISPs.
His primary interest in attending ICANN conferences is to learn about global domain, registry, and registrar trends, focusing especially on security issues. He is also interested in IDN, especially as it relates to Nigeria, given the country's various languages and dialects.
Muhammed speaks three languages: English, Hausa, and Arabic.[1]
