Abimbola is the President of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN). He feels that the Government of Nigeria needs to do more for the mortgage sector.[3]
Abimbola is a Council Member and a Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society.
Abimbola has attended the ICANN Silicon valley[4] and is interested in learning about the inner workings of the internet, and also how to improve the security of their network.[5]
