The Noncommercial Users Constituency (NCUC) is one of the constituencies of the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) constituted by Article X, Section 5, Part 1e of the ICANN Bylaws to represent the interests and opinions of individuals or non profit organizations engaged in activities such as education,promotion of arts, religion, children's welfare using internet as a global communication method.[1]
