.lpl is a new generic top level domain name (gTLD) proposal of LPL Financial, a company providing integrated platform of proprietary technology, brokerage, and investment advisory services. The .lpl gTLD application and back-end registry solutions will be handled and provided by OpenRegistry, a start-up registry operator and its technical arm Sensirius.
