J. Beckwith (“Becky”) Burr is a Partner at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP[1] and a current member of the ICANN Board of Directors, selected by the GNSO for the term of November 2016 - AGM 2022.

Burr served as the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Neustar from May 2012 to March 2019.[2] In that capacity, she is responsible for implementing the company’s “privacy by design” program and ensuring that the company maintains state-of-the-art privacy and data security to protect customer and consumer information. Becky has a BA in American Studies from Yale and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.[9]
