The UPU contains 191 member countries, making it an important forum for cooperation between entities in the postal sector. - On February 17, ICANN released the names of the seven members who would form the Independent Review Process (IRP) Community Representatives Group, who will shepherd the proposal of omnibus standing IRP panel nominees.
