Cloud Registry was founded in 2009 by Wil Tan, Andrew Douglas and Ruud Verstijnen. It has its headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

Cloud Registry owns a product called "Cloud Registry Management Platform"(CRMP). CRMP is a suite of streamlined tools for efficiently managing TLDs. CRMP is a versatile registry management solution with features such as:
