KeyDrive SA is the holding of the Key-Systems Group (St. Ingbert/ Germany) - including SkyWay DataCenter, domaindiscount24, RRPproxy, BrandShelter, toweb (Brasil) traffic.club (Luxemburg) PartnerGate, nicSaarland and Moniker (USA).

KeyDrive SA acquired Moniker in January, 2012 and OpenRegistry in January 2017.

Following the acquisition of Moniker the Key-Systems group became the world's sixth largest ICANN-accredited registrar.[1]

History

KeyDrive was formed in July, 2011, through the merger of German registrar Key-Systems with Luxembourgish aftermarket service provider NameDrive. It is headquartered in Luxembourg.[2]
