Serlin started his career in the field of Information Technology and Services Industry as Operations Supervisor for Scopus Technology in 1997.  

Serlin started his career in the field of Information Technology and Services Industry as Operations Supervisor for Scopus Technology in 1997. After serving the company for one year, he moved to Siebel Systems and worked as Operations Manager for three years until 2000. He also worked for Mobileum as Operations Manager until 2001.
