Simon Cousins (夏明) is the CMO of TLD Registry Ltd., as well as a co-founder and Group Chief Executive at both Illuminant Partners and Allegravita LLC. [1]

As the CMO of the domain name registry, TLD Registry Ltd, he is responsible for the branding, marketing, and communications for the registry's Dot Chinese Online (.在线) & Dot Chinese Website (.中文网). Part of this responsibility includes serving as the creative director.

As the co-founder at Illuminant Partners (currently rebranded as Allegravita LLC), he also serves as the creative director for this boutique PR and strategic communications agency located in New York City, Beijing, and Hong Kong. .

Simon has been a C-level leader in marketing communications, policy and technology enterprises for 23 years. Since then he has been the winner of numerous honors and awards including, 2005 AustCham Beijing Chairman's Award for Most Effective Australian Business Leader, 2005 AustCham Beijing Chairman's Award for Most Effective Australian Business Leader,AustCham Australian Business Awards 2008 "Most Entrepreneurial Business in China and Hong Kong", and 2009 Advertising Age "Top 25 China Experts".
