Ron da Silva has been the Vice President of Network Engineering, Architecture & Technology at Time Warner Cable since 2008. In November 2010, the ARIN Board of Trustees voted to appoint da Silva to the Address Supporting Organization Advistory Council, a position he still holds in 2013.[1][2]
