Dessi Pefeva is coordinator with ISOC Bulgaria.
Professional Experience
Currently, she is working on a project called “Science, Education and Learning in Freedom” (SELF), which aims to create an online platform for developing free educational materials on Free Software and Open Standards.[1]
She is also involved in the development of two important EU projects: Tossad (or Towards Open Source Software Adoption and Dissemination) and Flossworld.[2]
Since 2004, Dessi Pefeva has been the project manager of Creative Commons Bulgaria initiative. She is responsible for two of the most important websites for Creative Commons' activities in Bulgaria: openculture.net, an online portal, and the official blog: http://cc.isoc.bg.[3]

Within ICANN, Dessi is a member of the EURALO and occupied the secretary position.
